Store Policies
Accepted Methods of Payment. We
accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, through Paypal, a safe easy way to pay, in our airsoft shop.
Shipping Time. Shipping (transit) time will vary depending on the shipment's location and the
particular time of year. Domestic (US) customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery period from our airsoft shop. International orders typically take longer and depend upon such factors as means of transport, location, and customs processing. International customers are advised to track delivery progress through the shipper/carrier via internet.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers of our airsoft shop.
Knife Laws. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. The airsoft shop is not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturer Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email the Customer Service department of our airsoft shop for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 7 (seven) business days from receipt of order to receive refunds. Specifically, this means the item/s being returned must be return postmarked not later than 7 (seven) business days from the date order is received; excluding Sundays and national holidays during which shipping activities are not conducted. You must email the refund request to support@summitairsoft.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which point the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number marked clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· All original packaging materials.
· Original invoice or receipt.
NOTE: All products returned to the airsoft shop as 'different item than initially purchased' (wrong item shipped) must be returned in undamaged and resalable condition, including original manufacturer packaging. Products returned for apparent manufacturer's defect must be returned intact (as received by the customer) to the airsoft shop. Any evidence of damage due to misuse, attempted repair or modification by the customer automatically voids any return policy/agreement, both express or implied. This especially applies to evidence of tampering (by any manner, means, or method) with the federally mandated red/orange barrel muzzle tip of any airsoft gun, regardless of design, manufacturer, or country of origin.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of liability to the Summit Airsoft shop is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from the Summit Airsoft shop.
Note: There are no returns on any items $15 (fifteen Dollars) or less, other than for 'wrong item sent'.
International shipping policy: We are pleased to offer shipping to select overseas locations. Our airsoft shop policy is: once the item leaves our warehouse we have satisfied our obligation to the customer, as we are not responsible for, nor can we exert any influence over customs laws, policies, or practices in any locale. You the customer are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with pertinent customs laws in the country to which items are addressed and/or any international laws, statutes, or regulatory provisions which apply to products ordered from Summit Airsoft. Currently, we are able to ship to: Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, England, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Holland, Iceland, Jamaica, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Scotland, Sierra Leone, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, US Virgin Islands. When ordering for shipment to international locations we will return E-mail you with the shipping cost calculated for your order. You may then complete the transaction for processing/shipment.
Finally: We at Summit Airsoft value your business, and want your experience with us to be rewarding. We will do our best to work equitably with you and ask that you do the same in return. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to absolutely obey all local, state, federal and international laws, statues, ordinances, and any other regulatory provisions which govern the legal, judicious, and safe use of any items ordered/purchased from the Summit Airsoft shop. The purchaser also agrees that he/she is at least 18 years of age, and has ascertained to be in compliance with all laws that pertain to the purchase, ownership, and use and transport of products purchased from the Summit Airsoft shop. The purchaser agrees to the common sense use of eye/face protection which can be ordered on the Summit Airsoft shop. Do not under any circumstances or for any reasons remove the red barrel tip of any airsoft gun. To do so is not only a violation of federal law, but also voids any warranty connected to the item, and renders the item unreturnable. The purchaser agree to hold the Summit Airsoft shop and it's personnel entirely and forever harmless for any damage, loss, injury, or any other consequence or mishap occuring to persons or property in connection with the purchase, possession, use or transport of any items/products obtained from the Summit Airsoft shop. Further, the purchaser agrees to release the Summit Airsoft shop and it's personnel from any and all liability, both personally and legally from any actions, criminal and/or civil which may arise from the purchase, possession, use, or transport of any products sold herein. By placing an order with the Summit Airsoft shop, the purchaser explicitly represents that he/she is at least 18 years of age and that the products ordered will be used only in a safe and lawful manner. Purchaser also agrees that when purchasing any item from the Summit Airsoft shop as a gift or under any circumstances whereby the item/s ordered are to be transferred to another individual, the purchaser explicitly accepts full responsibility for the conditions and agreements stated herein. Further, purchaser agrees that he/she is NOT purchasing any item from Summit Airsoft on behalf of anyone not authorized to legally own, possess, use, or transport any and all items/products sold on this site. The purchaser understands and agrees that no items sold by the Summit Airsoft shop are suitable for, nor are intended to be used for personal/property protection or self defence, and expressely agrees to refrain from such use of items obtained from the Summit Airsoft shop.
