This is a sport in which players 'engage' opponents in organized military simulation exercises using replica airsoft rifles & guns. Participants use a wide variety of airsoft rifles, airsoft guns, grenades/launchers, tactical gear, portable communications equipment and
vehicles to enhance the realism of actual combat. To this end, participants organize games at
dedicated fields, consisting of safe zones, buildings, walls,
trenches, bunkers, concealment, cover, tactical planning,
and team assignments. Games vary greatly depending on location, budget, and number of
participants, but often include skirmishes, military simulations, or historical reenactments, all of
which are excellent ways to enjoy the sport of airsoft rifles & guns.
